This morning, presents appeared under the Christmas tree. The children are very excited to find out what's inside. "This one's addressed to me!"

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry I'm so behind with this calendar, but I have been very busy in the past week, with school and other things. I am just going to skip forward to today's post, and not worry about doing the ones that I have missed. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Every year, families from Macadamia Grove visit the Great Pine in the nearby forest. At Christmas, residents of the forest decorate the tree with gigantic ornaments and lights. They also run a train, The Holiday Express, around the tree, and have an ice-cream stall for Sylvanians with a sweet tooth. Every year in Macadamia Grove, children write to the Northern Mouse. The Northern Mouse is a bit like Santa Claus for the children of Macadamia Grove (and other parts of Sylvania). Lettuce Babblebrook has asked her mum to write quite a long list!
